GuildHub is operated by Piranha Studios. We collect only what we need to run the guild: your account email and authentication handled by Supabase, your guild profile (display name, avatar, XP, rank, titles), quest activity, and the billing records needed to manage your dues subscription through Stripe.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. We do not sell your data. Other members can see your public guild profile — display name, avatar, rank, level, titles, and the quests you participate in. Your email, billing details, and terms acceptance are private to you and the Guildmaster.

To request export or deletion of your data, contact the Guildmaster. Deleting your guild account removes your membership; some records may be retained where required for accounting or legal obligations.
