GuildHubMembership Charter
The terms every member agrees to on joining the guild.

1. Membership
GuildHub is an invite-only guild operated by Piranha Studios. Membership is granted at the discretion of the Guildmaster and remains active only while your dues subscription is current. The Guildmaster may suspend or revoke membership for conduct that harms the guild or its clients.
2. Dues
Membership requires a recurring subscription paid through Stripe. Dues are non-refundable for the current period. If a payment fails your membership moves to a past-due state and guild access is paused until billing is restored.
3. Quests & contracts
Quests are paid units of work — client contracts and internal bounties. When you claim a quest you agree to deliver the described work by any stated deadline. When you post a quest you agree to fund its reward. Rewards, fees, and net payouts are shown before you commit and are frozen at the moment a quest is created.
4. Platform fee
Quests posted by members carry a platform fee, retained by the guild and deducted from the reward to determine the worker's net payout. The current default fee is shown on the post-a-quest screen. Quests posted by the Guildmaster may carry no fee.
5. Payment & settlement
In this version of GuildHub, quest rewards are tracked in the guild ledger and settled off-platform; the app records gross reward, platform fee, and net payout, and the Guildmaster marks a quest paid once settlement completes. You are responsible for your own tax and accounting obligations.
6. Conduct & confidentiality
Treat clients, their work, and fellow members with professionalism. Do not disclose confidential client material outside the guild. Reputation and rank are earned through completed work and may be adjusted by the Guildmaster where conduct warrants it.
7. Guild resources
Members may use the guild's shared tooling and resources for their own ventures within fair-use limits set by the Guildmaster. Resources remain the property of the guild.
